Trading journal: Your plan says one thing. Your trades say another.
NactionX puts your plan and your execution side by side. Log every trade—and every day you choose to stay out—and see where you follow it, where you don’t, and what that costs you.

01One day, three stages
A method for every session, not another form.
- 01
Prepare
Go over your plan, routine and limits before you open a chart. If today is not a trading day, that is logged too.
- 02
Trade
Log each trade with risk, result, emotions and screenshots, and copy it across your accounts without duplicating it.
- 03
Reflect
Answer the rules only you can confirm and close the day with a note. Tomorrow you start knowing more.
02Honest numbers
What can’t be measured isn’t made up.
Every rule ends up followed, broken, not applicable or pending. Pending never counts as followed, and a metric without enough data shows “—”, not a zero. You always know how much of your discipline is actually proven.

03Prop firms and funded accounts
Every rule of your challenge, in sight before you break it.
Set up the rules of your evaluation or funded account and see at any moment how much room you have left: daily loss measured intraday or at the close, static or trailing drawdown, profit target, minimum days and the consistency rule. And next to it, what challenges cost you against what you withdraw.
- Profit target$2,140 / $3,000
- Daily loss used today$310 / $1,100
- Room to the drawdown$1,690 / $2,500

06FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
What is a trading journal?
It is a record of every trade you take: what you traded, why you entered, how much you risked, how you exited, what the result was and how you felt. Reviewed regularly, it shows what makes you win and what makes you lose. NactionX keeps it for you and calculates the metrics automatically.
How do I log my trades?
You can add them by hand in seconds, paste a chart screenshot straight into the trade or import the CSV file your platform exports. The importer lets you choose which column maps to each field and detects duplicate trades.
Does it work for prop firm accounts?
Yes. For each evaluation or funded account you set the max daily loss, the max drawdown (static or trailing), the profit target, the minimum days and the consistency rule, and NactionX shows you at all times how much room you have left. It also records fees and payouts to calculate your real return.
Can I track several accounts at once?
Yes. You can have live, prop firm and demo accounts, each with its own currency, and view them separately or together. If you trade several accounts at the same time, the trade copier copies each trade to the connected accounts, scaling P&L and risk to each account's size.
What is the discipline index?
It is a weekly score that measures whether you followed your process: whether your trades respected the plan, whether you did your routine, whether your journal is up to date and whether you respected your limits. It does not depend on whether you won or lost, because a winning week outside the plan is not a good week.
What is the NX Score?
It is a 0 to 100 score that summarises the quality of your results by combining profit factor, average win/loss ratio, drawdown, win rate, recovery and consistency. It is calculated from five closed trades.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export a full copy of your journal or all your trades as CSV whenever you want, restore a copy and delete your account from the settings.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. NactionX runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, with navigation adapted to small screens so you can log a trade as soon as you close it.
Does NactionX give signals or investment advice?
No. NactionX is a tool to record and analyse your own trading. It is not a broker, does not execute orders and does not provide financial advice.
